The short answer

People do the work at First Page Sage, GEO Tool, AEO Engine, OMNIUS and 5W Public Relations: all five sell staffed agency work. Amplitude AI Visibility, RadarKit, Bloomiro and Rankshift are software your own team runs. auto-geo is a free tool whose publisher says it also runs the work for client teams, with no terms published.

Which tools do it

  • First Page Sage is a generative engine optimization (GEO), answer engine optimization (AEO) and search engine optimization (SEO) agency that builds the content and authority AI assistants recommend. A dedicated strategist, writer, project manager and technical specialist do the work. It fits brands that can invest in content. The retainer runs $6,000 to $12,000 a month, month-to-month.
  • GEO Tool pairs a free, no-signup readiness check for one URL with a Berlin agency whose team sells audits, implementation and ongoing reporting as done-for-you work. It fits buyers who want a free, fast technical read with no signup. The GEO autopilot starts from $229 a month and begins with a call.
  • AEO Engine is a human-managed agency that delivers schema, content, links and public relations (PR) work, and tracks AI visibility in its own platform. Each tier has named human roles, and agents carry out tasks under a strategist’s direction. It fits ecommerce or business-to-business software brands that want a fixed monthly retainer. Growth is $1,597 a month and Scale $2,997 a month, each with a 90-day initial term billed monthly. Enterprise starts from $10,000 a month.
  • OMNIUS is an SEO and AI search agency for software, fintech and AI companies. Its team does the strategy, content and technical work. It fits business-to-business software and fintech leaders who want both handled by one specialist team. Pricing is quoted by sales, and the agency takes at most eight new clients a year, which limits availability.
  • 5W Public Relations is a PR agency whose AI visibility practice covers citation source audits, GEO programs and monthly citation reporting, all carried out by its people under a retainer or project. It fits funded brands that want PR and an AI citation program under one agency. Pricing is quoted by sales through a contact form.

Which do not, or only partly

  • Amplitude AI Visibility tracks AI search visibility and gives AEO recommendations inside the Amplitude analytics platform; the vendor states the buyer implements every recommendation. It fits growth or marketing teams already on Amplitude who want a free first read tied to revenue. AI Visibility comes with every Amplitude plan, including the $0 Free plan; Plus also starts at $0 and grows with event volume.
  • RadarKit tracks brand visibility in AI answers through real chat interfaces. Software agents trained on your own data write articles and run outreach and Reddit work; the Enterprise tier adds a dedicated manager for support only. It fits small marketing teams and solo SEO practitioners on a budget. Lite is $29 a month, with a 7-day free trial.
  • Bloomiro puts SEO and AI answer visibility in one project, with scans, competitor gaps and prioritized tasks. Bloomiro says strategy, content production and outreach still need people or specialist partners. It fits software marketing teams that want one dashboard. Starter is $49 a month, with a 3-day free trial and no card needed.
  • Rankshift tracks AI visibility, citations and AI crawlers on credits, with unlimited projects and seats. Its agency offer is a partner program: agencies run the tool themselves on client workspaces, with pitch projects and training. It fits marketing and SEO teams that want wide AI engine coverage plus a log of AI-bot visits to their site. It starts at €77 a month (about $87), with a 30-day free trial.
  • auto-geo is an open-source command-line tool that audits, writes and rewrites pages for AI search citation, then measures engine citations. Its publisher states it also runs the whole loop on a schedule for client teams, but publishes no terms, scope or rates for that. It fits developer-led teams or solo marketers. The tool is free; the only cost is your own AI model usage, roughly $0.06 per generated page.

What it means for a buyer

With an agency, its people do the strategy, writing and technical work: entry is $1,597 a month at AEO Engine and $6,000 a month at First Page Sage, while OMNIUS and 5W Public Relations quote through sales. The software is free to start at Amplitude AI Visibility and auto-geo and from $29 a month at RadarKit, but your own team acts on what it finds or hands the work to partners. GEO Tool’s autopilot starts from $229 a month and begins with a call.
