Before you write
- Want to be listed? Submit your website for free review.
- Found an error? Send us the page and what needs checking. Anyone can request a correction.
- We never charge to correct, update or remove something that is wrong.
How can we help?
Something on this site is wrong
A wrong price, a feature we credited that does not exist, a company we described as active that has shut down. Point at the page and tell us what is wrong — you do not need to prove it, we will check.
We reply within 3 working days. A confirmed factual error is corrected and the change is recorded publicly.
You run a listed tool
Updates, claims and delisting requests all start here. We do not require you to claim a listing before we will correct it, and asking for a change never costs anything. What we will and will not remove is stated in the editorial policy.

Your personal data
Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, a portable export, or deletion. We will ask you to confirm control of the email address on the account and nothing more — we do not require ID for a request we can verify from the account itself.
We respond within 30 days, which is the statutory deadline and not a target.
A security problem
Report it privately here first and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith, does not access other people's data, and does not degrade the service. There is no bounty programme.
We acknowledge within 2 working days.
Anything else
Press, partnerships, sponsorship, or a question that does not fit the routes above.

Corrections and removal requests
Corrections and removal requests are free. Accurate, sourced findings remain published unless there is a valid reason to remove them. See theeditorial policy for the grounds we consider and your right of reply.
Email we send you
Optional newsletters and listing emails carry an unsubscribe link. You can alsosign in to your email settings to change or stop them. Essential verification, security and receipt messages are separate.
A link does not work, or you do not have an account? Emailsupport@citedindex.comfrom the address receiving the email. You do not need to subscribe or create an account to ask us to stop.
