Otterly AI is the lower-cost self-serve option. Lite costs $29/month for 15 prompts, one workspace and four default surfaces: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot. Standard ($189/month) and Premium ($489/month) add API and MCP access plus higher prompt limits and unlimited workspaces.
Scrunch AI's current Core plan costs $250/month. The vendor's pricing page lists 125 prompts, five site audits, one brand workspace, five users and four LLMs: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot. Its custom Enterprise plan expands model coverage and adds the Enterprise Data API, SAML/OIDC SSO and larger limits. A seven-day trial is available, but Scrunch publishes no second self-serve Growth tier on the current page.
Ownership remains a separate consideration. Sitecore announced its acquisition of Scrunch on 2026-06-03 and has described deeper SitecoreAI integration without publishing a timetable. The standalone product remains available; Otterly remains independently operated.
Choose Otterly when a low-cost baseline, self-serve API path or MCP access matters. Choose Scrunch when its audit workflow, larger Core allowance or a Sitecore-aligned enterprise deployment justifies the higher entry price. Neither has broader default model coverage today: both entry plans name the same four surfaces.
