# AI-Visibility Tools With a Daily (or Faster) Refresh Cadence

We checked every listing in our index other than the 16 pure citation-services agencies, whose work is run by hand rather than on an automated schedule, for a specific, named check-frequency tied to the SAME feature each is actually listed for: automated re-running of tracked AI-engine prompts and refreshing of the reported mention/citation data, not a digest email or a fix-prioritization queue. 17 confirm a same-day cadence somewhere in their own tier lineup. Three state a clean, tool-wide cadence but it is slower than daily: SE Visible refreshes on a 7-day cycle on every tier; GeoRankers defaults to a weekly schedule with only 1-3 extra on-demand runs a month even on its paid tiers; and Directree GEO Monitor runs weekly on every tier, a limitation it discloses on its own listing. Four more use the word "daily" prominently but not for the feature this collection measures: Nightwatch's and Morningscore's own "daily" claims describe their classic Google/Bing rank tracking, TrueRanker's describes desktop/mobile keyword position tracking that has been its core product "since 2019," and Keyword.com AI Visibility's configurable daily-or-weekly frequency answers its own FAQ about "rankings". None of the four states a refresh rate for its separate AI-prompt-tracking module. Writesonic's "weekly" cadence describes its Action Center fix-prioritization queue, not the underlying visibility-tracking refresh itself. AthenaHQ is excluded for a different reason: its own credit-metered pricing means, per an independent review, that a handful of daily prompts across every tracked model can push a team into weekly-only checks within the same $295/month plan, so no daily guarantee could be confirmed. And Ahrefs Brand Radar states outright, on its own listing, that its AI-engine-tracking module refreshes on "a roughly monthly cadence rather than daily", the slowest self-disclosed rate found in this census.

| Name | What it is | Why it's here | Pricing | API |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Frase](https://citedindex.com/frase.md) | SEO and GEO content platform: audit, research, write, publish, then track AI citations. | Its AI Visibility Tracking module runs a fixed set of prompts daily against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, Claude and Gemini on every paid tier, including the cheapest $39/month Starter plan. Engine coverage scales by tier, but the daily refresh itself doesn't. | — | Yes |
| [AIclicks](https://citedindex.com/aiclicks.md) | Tracks brand mentions and cited sources across 10+ AI engines, then drafts and publishes the fixes. | Tracked prompts across its 10+ AI platforms are updated daily per its own listing, uniformly from the $59/month Starter tier up through Enterprise: the tier ladder scales prompt count and platform count, not refresh speed. | — | Yes |
| [Knowatoa](https://citedindex.com/knowatoa.md) | Tracks brand visibility across seven AI answer engines and drafts articles that publish to your CMS. | Runs its tracked buyer-style questions on a daily refresh cadence against up to seven AI engines, with Daily data refreshes named explicitly as a $59/month Starter-tier feature that the $199/month Growth tier inherits. | — | Yes |
| [Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit](https://citedindex.com/semrush-ai-visibility-toolkit.md) | Tracks brand mentions and citations in ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews and AI Mode, plus an AI-readiness site audit. | The $99/month standalone add-on tracks 25 custom prompts daily; the bundled Semrush SEO + AI Search plan raises that to roughly 50 prompts a day. Both published tiers refresh daily; only the prompt volume differs. | — | Yes |
| [Gauge](https://citedindex.com/gauge.md) | Daily prompt tracking across six AI engines, with a content engine that publishes to your CMS. | Its single named self-serve plan, Growth at $599/month, runs up to 600 tracked prompts a day across six AI platforms. No cheaper tier reaches it on this index, and Custom Enterprise handles volume beyond that. | — | Yes |
| [Rankshift](https://citedindex.com/rankshift.md) | AI visibility tracking with unlimited projects and seats, plus content briefs and an AI writer. | Its nine-engine tracker runs a daily prompt volume that scales by plan across its self-serve tiers, with no published tier dropping to a slower cadence. | — | Yes |
| [Surfer](https://citedindex.com/surfer-seo.md) | Content optimization and AI visibility platform for Google and AI answer engines. | Its AI Tracker add-on refreshes only weekly (25 prompts, ChatGPT only) on the €99/month entry Standard plan; daily refresh requires stepping up to the €182/month Pro tier (50 prompts, all 5 engines) or €299/month Peace of Mind (100 prompts). The entry tier alone doesn't clear this bar. | — | Yes |
| [RadarKit](https://citedindex.com/radarkit.md) | AI search tracking across six answer engines in 50+ countries, with agents for content, outreach and Reddit. | Its browser-based tracker (visiting AI engines directly rather than polling APIs) refreshes only every 72 hours on the $29/month entry Lite tier; daily refresh starts at the $79/month Growth tier, which also raises tracked-prompt volume from 15 to 50. | — | Yes |
| [geoSurge](https://citedindex.com/geosurge.md) | Bring-your-own-key AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, plus Enterprise corpus engineering. | The only tool in this index where a $0/month free (BYOK) tier lets the buyer choose their own tracking cadence (daily, weekly or bi-weekly) rather than the vendor fixing it; daily is available at no software cost, since the buyer pays only their own OpenAI/Anthropic/Google API usage. | — | Yes |
| [CheckThat.ai](https://citedindex.com/checkthat-ai.md) | AI visibility index and brand tracker for B2B software, built by the AEO agency GrowthX. | A free workspace account (no self-serve paid tier published; the only upgrade path is a sales demo) tracks up to 50 custom prompts with daily response snapshots across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, on top of a separate, free public index of pre-aggregated rankings. | — | Yes |
| [Dageno](https://citedindex.com/dageno-ai.md) | AI answer monitoring and market intelligence across seven AI platforms, with citation and competitor evidence. | Every self-serve tier from the $79/month Starter up runs Daily tracking against whichever 3 AI platforms the account has chosen at a time. Full platform coverage needs the custom-quoted Enterprise tier, but the daily cadence itself doesn't. | — | Yes |
| [AI Sightline](https://citedindex.com/ai-sightline.md) | Monitors brand mentions across six AI platforms, tracks AI referral traffic, and ranks fixes by predicted score lift. | Its published tier ladder is Free ($0), Starter ($29.95), Pro ($149.95), Business ($289.95) and Agency ($549.95); only Pro and above reach the daily refresh cadence this collection measures. | — | Yes |
| [Orchly](https://citedindex.com/orchly.md) | AI agents that monitor AI search visibility and then write, fix and publish the content. | Essential ($49/month) and Pro ($125/month) both name AI prompts refreshed daily, capped at 25 and 100 respectively; only the custom-quoted Enterprise tier removes the cap, not the cadence. | — | Yes |
| [Goodie](https://citedindex.com/goodie-ai.md) | End-to-end AEO platform: monitor AI answers, execute optimization actions, attribute AI search to revenue. | Its only self-serve-priced tier, Explorer at $399/month, names Daily data collection explicitly against 3 tracked engines; Pro and Enterprise raise engine coverage but are demo-gated, custom-quoted plans. | — | Yes |
| [Rankfender](https://citedindex.com/rankfender.md) | AI visibility scoring across seven AI engines, with keyword tracking, article generation and CMS publishing. | Runs on a schedule from weekly on the $89/month entry Essential tier up; the $499/month Business tier ($249/month for the first 3 months) is the cheapest to state daily checks in as many words. The $199/month Professional tier in between is described only as bi-daily, which this collection doesn't count as a confirmed daily cadence. | — | Yes |
| [SEORCE](https://citedindex.com/seorce.md) | AI answer-engine visibility tracking, rank tracking, content generation and one-click technical fixes in one platform. | AI Beacon, its real-time citation tracker across six AI engines, is available from the $0/month Free tier (10 prompts/month), and it is the only real-time claim, rather than daily, found in this census. | — | Yes |
| [WebGlazer](https://citedindex.com/webglazer.md) | Daily AI brand visibility tracking across five answer engines, for brands and white-label agencies. | Every tier, from €59/month Basic up, re-runs its tracked prompts daily across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot; plans differ only in prompt volume, not cadence. | — | Yes |

## How this list is built

A tool earns a place here only if its own CitedIndex listing states a specific check frequency (daily, hourly, real-time, or a named sub-daily window like 72 hours) for the SAME feature this index lists it for: automated re-running of tracked AI-engine prompts and refreshing of the reported mention/citation/sentiment data. A cadence claim about a different feature (classic SEO rank tracking, a fix-prioritization queue, an email digest) does not count, and neither does an unspecified "recurring schedule" with no stated frequency. Where the cadence is gated by tier, the cheapest tier that actually reaches it is named rather than assumed. Verified against each tool's own already-sourced CitedIndex listing, re-checked 2026-08-24.
